I'm slowly building this page of personal stuff for pals and so on.  So far I've got some photos and some
Christmas stories uploaded to the server.... eventually, I hope to add a chess page and maybe some
dirty jokes and who knows what else.  But for now, it's very much under construction

If you're one of the people to whom I've sent a Christmas story, but you've got some catching up to
do on stories I wrote before we knew one another, you can try the following links and catch up:

1993: a story called "Herald," (the first story I sent out and, some still insist, the best.)

1994 The Winters Wild

1995 The Santa Club (what are they doing when they're not on corners ringing bells?)

1996 The Presenting

1997 Pole Star (what might you see if you fly far enough north?)

1998 The View (the first of the "Special Gifts" stories)

1999 Helen's Mirror

2000 The Artemis Snare (for every kid who ever dropped the easy out)

2001 Written on the Wind

2002 Greetings

2003 The Makers and the Saint

2004 Waking Santa

2005 Silent Night

2006 The Luck Box

2007 The Wish Window

And now, a few goofy, family type pics. (someday I need to have a few pictures of Jan and I taken so
that there will be photographic proof that we have been in the same room together in our lives... but
for the time being, she's the family archivist, so she's never in the pictures!)

Here's our son Zach and our recently deceased giant dog, Sebastian (The toy knife had nothing to do with it)

Here's Daddy using his daughter, Nora, as a heat shield

Here's a goofball sequence of me shaving for a commercial I did:

Here's Zach at a theme park, showing Kool Kid Style as he finishes a slide:

This is Nora at the same themepark, doing what she does best-- making friends!

Here is Nora with a few non-avian friends at a horseshow, summer of 2002

Here's Nora experimenting with a free webcam which has since bitten the dust (coincidence, we're sure!)

Here's Nora, fully in charge of some giant, equine beast

This is Big Sebastian's partner in crime, the fierce and Houdini-esque Anna:
